Cascade Corporate Management (CCM), specializes in operating Manufactured Home Communities in areas where affordability and quality of living are paramount. With in depth knowledge of Manufactured Homes, Land Leased Communities, and Recreational Oriented Communities alike, our experienced management team understands what it is to add value to a community that both owners and tenants can appreciate year after year.
CCM was created to operate key communities in need of professional management. These “turnaround” communities are often in need of such important services as infrastructure renovation, utility upgrades, remedies for day-to-day business operations, and marketing expertise needed to solve even the most challenging vacancy issues. While we primarily operate reposition family oriented manufactured home communities, we also have the capability and expertise to successfully operate Senior Communities as well as RV Parks with both short-term and long-term tenants.
Another integral part to our success has been our dedication to providing affordable housing to individuals and families of a wide range of incomes. We have been able to do this by offering key financing terms which allow prospective tenants with limited and/or blemished credit history to not only own the home they live in, but a chance to build their credit score up to the industries traditionally high standards.
