Redding Lakeside Mobile Estates is an all-age manufactured home community, located in Mountain Gate, California. Although the community is only a ten minute drive from downtown Redding on Interstate 5, the property combines peaceful living with recreational opportunities. The property is located only five minutes from Lake Shasta, a very popular fishing, camping, hiking, boating and waterskiing location, and only forty-five minutes from the Mount Shasta Board and Ski Park for snowboarding and snow skiing enthusiasts. Directions
From HWY 5 take the Mountaing Gate Wonderland exit off of the freeway. Turn left or west over the freeway. At the stop sign, turn right on the frontage road, Wonderland Blvd. Continue a mile then turn left at Bass Drive. Take Bass Drive to the end of the road to 14578 Bass Dr. Redding Lakeside Mobile Estates. Look for our blue sign out front. Manager’s office is at the end of the second road on the left.
